Have an overshirt made for your unique fit

We use smart technology, such as our 3D body scanners, to make an overshirt that fits you perfectly. Over the past 10 years, we developed a unique ‘SmartFit’(R) algorithm to improve fit even further. It works by taking data from our 3D body scanners to give you some of the most accurate measurements on the market. Your measurements will then be saved in our system so the next time you want to order an overshirt from us, you can simply do it online.

Things to know about your measurement profile for your next overshirt

If you have bought a shirt from us before, our algorithm turns your existing measurements into a new overshirt profile. So you can enjoy the same high standard and perfect fit in your new custom overshirts as you get from your shirts. As a rule of thumb, if your shirt is a slim fit, your overshirt will also be a slim fit. Whenever you have a classic fit, your overshirt will be slightly oversized. If you haven’t been measured for a shirt or would like to update your measurement profile, book an appointment for a free measurement.

3D measurement and garment design in our shop

You will be measured using our 3D body scanner, which provides some of the most accurate measurements on the market. Then you have the opportunity to design your new overshirt yourself – with expert guidance from one of our skilled assistants, of course. The full measurement + overshirt design process takes around 30–60 minutes.

Production of your overshirt begins

We send your overshirt to production. Our specialists sew all our clothes together at their family-run sewing workshop in Portugal. We notify you once the process is complete. This usually takes us about 6 weeks.

Schedule pick-up

Once your overshirt is ready, you can pick it up from our shop. Try it on – we’ll make sure it fits perfectly. Any alterations required are included in the price.

We offer online consultations after the first order. This applies whether you want another overshirt or if you want a completely different product.

Overshirts without the excess production

At Mond, we want to take better care of the planet. We believe that changing the standard of how the clothing and fashion industry works, will do exactly that. We don’t start sewing and producing our products until the moment a customer places the order. This way we avoid excess production, and you – like all our other customers – will have an overshirt made specifically to your measurements and preferences. All overshirts come with horn buttons as standard and have a lifetime guarantee on both stitching and buttons. This means that your overshirt is made without excess production, is of the highest quality and will last for many years to come.
