Cufflinks
Traditionally, cufflinks are worn with shirts that have French cuffs or double cuffs, which fold back and allow for the cufflinks to be inserted through the holes on either side of the cuff opening. To wear cufflinks, you align the holes of the cuff, insert the cufflink, and secure it in place, which can be done through different mechanisms such as a swivel bar, a fixed back, or a chain link.
Cufflinks can be made from a wide array of materials including metal, precious stones, glass, and even fabric. They can be simple and understated, or bold and eye-catching. Often chosen to complement ties, watches, and other accessories, cufflinks are an essential element of formal attire and are frequently used for special occasions like weddings, galas, and formal dinners. They also make for a thoughtful and timeless gift for someone who appreciates classic style.
