There are two ways to get fitted. If you are located near any of our Mond stores, you can book a time or you can use our online fitting tool, SmartFit, wherever you are.

Design your custom clothes
Once you are fitted, you can choose between all our custom tailored garments with thousands of customizing possibilities – all to match your exact preferences.

4-6 weeks delivery
Made-to-measure means that your clothes will be produced when you place your order. While you wait, we will keep you updated on email and take you through the production process.

Delivered with 100% fitting guarantee
In some cases, your clothes might need final adjustments from our in-store tailors. This is perfectly normal and the reason we offer a 100-day fitting guarantee as part of our service – of course.

.. is impossible, but we are as close to zero waste as it gets. Our made-to-order production flow helps to eliminate the vast amount of waste that typically results from overstocking odd sizes and colors in ready-to-wear fashion. We only produce on demand.
FAQ
When can i expect to receive my custom order?
All custom orders are delivered in 4-6 weeks as standard. Express orders are delivered within 3 weeks at a premium. We will keep you updated on the process through email, as well as on your account page.
What happens if the clothes does not fits my preferences?
In some cases, your clothes might need that final touch to be 100% to your liking. That is why our concept includes a 100-day fitting guarantee on all custom orders, free of charge. We just want you to be happy with your new custom product, nothing else.
How do you create my fit?
As of 2023, our concept offers two ways of creating your fit. If you live nearby any of our stores, we encourage you to schedule an appointment (free of charge) to get scanned and measured as well as experience our concept in-person.
You can also create your custom fit in a few minutes using our unique SmartFit algorithm. No matter what you choose, you are always covered by our 100 days fitting guarantee, making it risk free for you to try custom.
Once your fit is created, it works for all our custom products so you can shop anything you like.
Do I pay before or after i receive my custom clothes?
At Mond, we always charge payment for all custom orders up front as every order is unique and made on customers request. Our production flow is automatic, and your order will normally enter production within 24 hours of purchase to be as fast and efficient as possible.
But rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your custom garments.
