Can I take my own measurements from home?

Yes, you can. We launched our SmartFit algorithm that allows you to create your fit from home, using our questionnaire. It takes <2 minutes to complete and allows you to shop all our custom products from home without visiting any of our physical stores. Jump to your account page to create a fit right now.
Our 100 days fitting guarantee is included no matter if you shop online or in-store.

What does the 3D bodyscanner do?

Our 3D bodyscanners used in-store, captures precise body measurements, enabling us to determine base sizes, body types, and apply alterations using data from over 10,000 customer scans. This ensures a consistent and accurate fit across all our shops and different colleagues for a seamless and personalized shopping experience. It also served as the base for the development of our SmartFit Algorithm that launched in 2023.

The concept

What is Custom Tailoring?

Our custom tailoring concept is based on a belief that garments should be made to fit you, instead of the other way around.

For every order, we start from scratch, drafting a unique pattern for you based on your measurements and design preferences. You are able to choose the fabric and almost endless designoptions for a truly personal and unique garment.

Your wardrobe will never be the same, once you have tried something made for you, instead of for the masses.

Where is the clothes produced?

Since 2016, all our custom made clothes have been made at a few selected production partners in Portugal, Italy, Romania and Spain.
We produce to the highest standards of craftsmanship, based on cuts inspired by an Anglo Italian vibe. All our trims and fabrics are also sourced from top-end makers and mills.

How can you make custom at that pricepoint?

We took a stand. A stand against middlemen, Supernormal profits, waste and inferior quality.

So we established partnerships with a select few production facilities in EU, set up automatized production flows and started to source our materials directly from the mills, to make sure we are not adding unnecessary costs that we have to forward to our customers in the shape of higher price tags.
It’s lean, efficient and it fits! And we intend to keep it that way 🙂

Shipping & returns

What is the shipping and return policy?

We are offering both local pickups in our stores, as well as shipping both domestic and internationally. We ship all domestic shipments through Postnord, and internationally through DHL Express.

If you are a “non-EU” resident (Norway excluded) extra taxes may apply upon receipt of the package.
You can usually apply for a VAT refund. See more under “Do you offer VAT refunds?” below.

Do you offer VAT refunds?

For our non-EU customers, we offer VAT refunds through the app “Custom Cash”, that offers up to 20% return on your purchase.

Payments

When do I make the payment?

We take all payments 100% up front. All our orders are custom and made for you alone.
But don’t worry – we are experts at what we do, and will do everything in our power, to make sure you are satisfied with your products.
We include fitting guarantee on all custom orders, so if alterations are needed, we will do it for free with our in-house tailors.

Do you accept international credit cards?
