About Johan
Johan Wikström (@sartorial_finn) is a menswear connoseur and a good friend of ours, whom we have had the pleasure to dress for awhile now. In addition to his love for menswear, Johan also works as a vice president of business analytics.
Johan consistently shares his outfits and fashion insights on his Instagram account, attracting a substantial following of individuals who share a common interest in traditional menswear. He characterizes his style as conservatively modern.
For his recent trip to Pitti Uomo 105, we collaborated to create a suit tailored to the occasion, weather, and, of course, his personal style.
The vision
Johan chose a double-breasted Sand Heavy Flannel 6×1 suit with broad lapels, enhancing the deeper buttoning point and creating a versatile jacket suitable for both formal and casual settings. The trousers feature a six-centimeter high waistband with an adjustment strap, allowing him the freedom to wear them separately.
For a polished appearance, we recommend deep pleats and turn-ups on the trousers. This not only enhances the drape but also creates a fuller look, contributing to an overall more “sartorial” aesthetic.
To maintain a balanced aesthetic, Johan opted for a light blue shirt, specifically our Light Blue American Oxford . The shirt is styled with a Royal button-down collar, making it perfect for wearing with a tie or casually with a pull-over.

We also designed a custom trench coat for Johan. He specifically requested the timeless beige color and a slightly longer length, a choice that complements him perfectly. During his time in Florence at the recent Pitti Uomo trade fair, Johan opted to wear the coat over his flannel suit.
