Program Overview:
Mond Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers with cashback and benefits based on their lifetime spending with Mond. As customers continue to make purchases, they progress through various reward tiers, each offering increased benefits.
Reward Tiers and Benefits:
The program consists of several tiers: Green, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Black, and Secret. Each tier is associated with a specific lifetime spending threshold and offers corresponding benefits, including:
• Cashback Percentage: Ranging from 5% for Green Members to up to 15% for Secret Members, credited to the customer’s Mond Wallet.
• Fitting Guarantee: 100 days for Green, Bronze, and Silver Members; 365 days for Gold, Black, and Secret Members.
• Wallet Points Validity: 1 year for Green through Gold Members; 2 years for Black and Secret Members.
• Discount on Alterations: 25% for Green through Silver Members; 50% for Gold, Black, and Secret Members.
• Exclusive In-Store Events: Priority given to Gold, Black and Secret members.
• Free Domestic Shipping: Available to Gold members and above; currently valid for Norway, Denmark, and Germany. Valid on orders with a minimum cart value of 67 €.
• Unique Gift: Exclusive to Secret Members.
Once a reward level is achieved, the associated benefits are retained for life.
Earning and Using Cashback:
• Earning: Customers earn a percentage of cashback on every order, based on their current reward tier. The cashback is credited to the Mond Wallet 14 days after the purchase.
• Using: The Mond Wallet balance can be used as a discount on future purchases, subject to a minimum order requirement of €119 (before discounts) and a maximum discount of 40%. The balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The validity of the Mond Wallet balance is either 1 year or 2 years, depending on the reward tier. Any purchase made extends the validity of the balance by one year from the date of purchase. If not used within the validity period, the balance expires.
Referral Program – “Give and Get”:
Customers can refer friends to Mond and, upon the friend’s first purchase, both receive 250 DKK credited to their Mond Wallet. For every five successful referrals, the referrer advances to the next reward tier. This referral program cannot be combined with other discounts or shared with existing customers.
Program Modifications:
Mond reserves the right to change the conditions of the Mond Rewards program without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.
