Over the last 10 years, we have therefore developed a unique ‘SmartFit’(R) Algorithm based on data from our 3D body scanners. Our specialised measuring methods and innovative technology ensure a custom tailored tuxedo with the best fit on the market. When you first order a tailored tuxedo, you’ll need to visit one of our shops to be measured – then the system saves your measurements and the next time you order a tuxedo, the technology takes care of everything for you.

3D body scan and measurements for your tuxedo

When you arrive at the shop, you’ll be measured with our innovative 3D body scanner, and then the fun begins! Now it’s time to design your new tuxedo. You choose the material and colour. Maybe you’ve spotted a tailored tuxedo in the shop and want one just like it? That’s no problem at all. Measuring and choosing your tuxedo design will take about 30–60 minutes.

Production begins

Once you have been measured, your measurements are sent to a family-run sewing workshop in Portugal, where skilled specialists will make your tuxedo. Production takes about 6 weeks.

Try on your new tuxedo

As soon as your new tailored tuxedo is finished and ready at the workshop in Portugal, it will be sent directly to the shop where you were measured. Just return to the shop to try on your jacket, and if any alterations are needed, they will of course be included in the price.

After you have been measured for the first time, your unique measurements will be saved in our system. Then you can easily re-order a new tuxedo online if you would like another.
