Our 3D body scanners and specialised custom algorithms have been generating data for more than 10 years, giving you a tailored shirt with just the right fit that sits perfectly. Thanks to our smart technology and 3D body scanning, you can order a custom tailored shirt online via our website. All you have to do is answer some questions in our ‘SmartFit(R) guide’ and let the technology take care of the rest. If you prefer to be measured the ‘old-fashioned’ way, you can of course also visit one of our shops to be measured there.
Made-to-measure shirts – how it works
Book a free appointment online
The first step is for us to take your measurements so that we can offer you a customised shirt that fits like a dream. That’s why you need to book a free appointment online so we can take your measurements – simply choose a time slot that suits you.
3D body scan and measurements
We use leading technology such as 3D body scanners to give you the most accurate measurements on the market. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to come to the shop to be measured with our 3D body scanner, but if you’re an existing customer, simply enter your measurements directly on our website and order a custom tailored shirt online.
Design your own tailored shirt
Once you’ve entered your measurements or come to the shop to be measured, the design part can begin. You decide the colour, fabric and – most importantly – the design of your custom tailored shirt. The choice is entirely yours! Taking your measurements in our shop and designing your new shirt will take about 30–60 minutes in total.
Production begins
Production begins the second you order a custom tailored shirt. It takes place in Portugal and takes approximately 4–6 weeks. If you need your shirt for a special occasion, we recommend ordering in plenty of time – preferably 9 weeks in advance.
Receive your brand new custom tailored shirt
Now that your new custom tailored shirt is ready, try it on in the shop to make sure it fits exactly as it should. Any requests for alterations are included in the price.

Non-iron custom tailored shirt for everyday wear
Looking for tailored shirts that you don’t have to spend ages ironing every morning and that don’t crease at work? We sell a wide range of custom tailored shirts designed to be crease-free. They’re easy to find both online and in our shops as they’re labelled ‘Journey’. As is always the case with high-quality products, they need extra care. That’s why we don’t consider anything to be completely non-iron – and you should still expect to have to do some ironing, depending on your personal preferences. All fabrics are woven and processed in the EU (Italy, Austria and Portugal), which means that the level of chemicals used to achieve the crease-free finish is guaranteed within EU borders. A non-iron custom tailored shirt will quickly become your perfect companion for everyday wear and will maintain a crisp, clean look throughout a full working day.
Remember that we offer a discount when you buy several shirts at the same time. For example, get 10% off when you buy 5 custom tailored shirts – the discount is automatically deducted at checkout.
