3D body scanners give you a custom tailored blazer with the perfect fit
Mond is developing and rethinking the traditional tailoring profession and our vision is to revolutionise the industry. That’s why we have developed a ‘SmartFit’(R) Algorithm based on data from 3D scans collected over the past 10 years. When you first order a custom tailored blazer or jacket, come into one of our shops to be measured with our 3D body scanner. The technology takes care of the rest, and if you need to invest in another custom tailored blazer later on, simply enter your measurements online via the website and order a new one.
How it works

Book an appointment online via the website and choose the shop where you want to be measured. Simply pick a time slot that suits you.
3D body scan and measurements for your custom tailored blazer
In the shop, you will be measured using our innovative 3D body scanner, which provides the most accurate measurements on the market. After measuring, it’s time to get creative and design your blazer or jacket. Choose from several types of quality fabrics and colours, and if you’re interested in one of the blazers in the shop, simply order a similar one. Taking your measurements and designing your blazer or jacket will take about 30–60 minutes.
Production begins
Once you have been measured, your blazer or jacket will be sent to production. All our products are made by skilled specialists at a family-run sewing workshop in Portugal. It will take about 6 weeks to make your blazer.
Try on your new blazer
Once your custom tailored blazer or jacket is finished, it will be sent to the same shop where you were measured. Simply come in and try on your new blazer and make sure it fits just the way you want. Any alterations required are, of course, included in the price.

Once you have ordered a custom tailored blazer or jacket, your measurement profile will be saved in our system. Simply order and design your next blazer online via the website – there’s no need to be measured in our shop again.
